Volunteer Poster Contest

Lafayette Volunteer Committee announces its second annual poster contest.  In recognition of all volunteers in the City of Lafayette, the  Committee is sponsoring a poster contest with the winner to receive $150 prize at the September Art Night Out at Festival Plaza, located at 311 South Public Road.

Traditionally, the City of Lafayette honors its volunteers by nominating a Volunteer of the Year and by having a celebration during National Volunteer week.  This year we decided to change it up a bit.  We would like to invite artists of all ages and types to submit artwork that will be digitally reproduced to be a print that the Committee will distribute to all of the City’s volunteers at the September Art Night Out.
