I. Please Take Notice that a subcommittee of the Downtown Action Committee of the City of Lafayette will conduct a Special Meeting on Monday, February 6, 2012, beginning at 8:30 a.m. at City Hall, 1290 S. Public Road, in the Aspen Conference Room.

II. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss:
          • Marketing and events for 2012

III. No Further Business will be conducted.
