There are still a few ad spaces left in the summer Recreation Center guide. She also reminded people about the upcoming Martin Luther King Day march.

She also talked about the possibility of the Rocky Mountain Society of Botanical Artists participating in the annual Spring Garden Tour, hosted by the residents committee of the Lafayette Old Town Association. She said that the group could display botanical drawings at a location in Old Town as part of the event.

BUSINESS
Annual Report
Jenn Ooton asked the group to review the draft of the Annual Report and get back to her with any changes before the next meeting.
Downtown Vision
Staff presented a review of the physical improvements identified in the Downtown Vision Plan broken down into five categories and asked DAC to attach a priority level to each item. After providing feedback for all the categories and individual items, Cynthia Kennedy moved to support the document as created by staff and recommend its adoption by LURA with the addition that a statement be added to the public-private partnership section saying that these activities and catalyst projects are representative of the moves needed to support business retention and the TIF base moving forward. Carolyn Cutler seconded the motion, which was approved unanimously by Ted Lupberger, Cynthia Kennedy, Carolyn Cutler, Pete d’Oronzio, and Bob Rosenthal (other DAC members who had been present had already left by the time the vote was taken).
