Absent: Mike Adams (Chair), Lisa Crandall, Steve Kracha (City Council Liaison)
1. Time called to order: 7:04 P.M.
2. Public Participation: None
3. Approval of January 24, 2012 Minutes: Karen Raforth moved for approval; Judy Richards seconded, motion passed unanimously.

New member orientation/new member notebook and new documents distributed and discussed - Booker

Request for input on Comp Plan; Stacey and Rachel have worked on revisions previously - Booker
5. Projects Update:
Art Night Out 2012 (Every 3rd Friday, May through September) - Booker
City Council has recognized the importance for the community and has increased the budget by $18,000.

New Non Profit Group ARTS!Lafayette plans to hold a Beer Garden; estimate volunteers needed 30 – 40 for 1 hr. shifts each during the evening. Lynn Wooten volunteered to help with Volunteer Coordination.

Art on the Street – 2012 contracts are in process. Looking for installation company for first week in June. Public Art Committee is looking for sponsors for Adopt A Pedestal Program.
