| | Event Type: | Meeting | | Details: | Our gathering of the arts, cultural, historic, and creative industries community in and near Lafayette will be Monday, March 19 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Lafayette Public Library.
Our community is rich with an abundance of artists, musicians, actors, writers, and cultural industries of all types. If your business or organization, or just you as an individual, is in the remotest way doing something cultural or artistic or is invested in making Lafayette a great place to do business and to live you don’t want to miss this gathering.
The Lafayette Cultural Resources Division is planning to periodically bring together people who want to work together to strengthen Lafayette’s identity as a “Creative, Diverse, and Eclectic” community. We will introduce ourselves, network, talk about the artistic direction built into the Downtown Vision Plan, share information and identify opportunities to work together. AND! We will be making a very big announcement at this meeting.
