Service is each Friday in March between 5:30-7:30pm. We plate up Celebrity Chef recipes from Emeril, Giada, Bobby and others for $15 per person of which $5 will be donated to Sister Carmen Community Center to help feed those in need.

This is a fun and exciting event for Sister Carment Community Center, Indian Peaks Golf Course and the City of Lafayette!

March highlights include:

March 1 - Christopher Kimball's grilled London broil with horseradish mashed potatoes,
Tad's slaw and sensational sherbet for dessert

March 9 - Emeril Lagasse's pork chops with sweet potato gravy, mixed greens salad with citrus vinaigrette and sensational sherbet for dessert

March 16 - Alton Brown's braised corned beef and cabbage served with potatoes and carrots with apple barley pudding for dessert, a meal straight off the boat from Ireland

March 23 - Julia Child's famous Coq au Vin - chicken in red wine with onions, mushrooms, and bacon - served with a fresh spinach salad and vanilla bean ice cream for dessert

March 30 - Tyler Florence's sea faring fish and chips with a side salad served with homemade lemon bars for dessert
