    Come see what being fit and having fun is all about! JumpBunch is an innovative kid’s sports and fitness program designed to keep children moving and thinking! Sports and Fitness for Parent-Tot (15 mos-36 mos) is specially designed to help toddlers develop hand-eye coordination, balance, fine and gross motor skills and self-confidence! Sports and Fitness for Preschoolers (3-6 years) will introduce the fundamentals of two different sports or fitness games every week in a safe and non-competitive learning environment. Club Jump Bunch (6-12 years) starts with a cardio warm up, followed by the introduction of a different sport each week then ends with some critical thinking games!

    Learn the fundamentals of RACQUETBALL through this instructional program. Basic skills and rules will be the focus, along with light competition through games.     Designed to teach the basics in fitness, this class includes: free weights, Nautilus and cardiovascular machines as well as weight room etiquette and safety.
