    Saturday, July 23 The Historic Preservation Board (HPB) will hold a workshop on July 23 for residents, business owners, and real estate agents. Representatives of the HPB will begin the workshop with a brief explanation of what constitutes a demolition and how the HPB reviews demolition requests for buildings that are 50 years old and older. The HPB will then invite questions from attendees about these topics and any other HPB-related topics of interest. The HPB would like for attendees' questions to guide the workshop, whose goal is to clarify HPB processes and provide accurate information to the public about historic preservation.
