Free course for adults (18 years and older).
Come home to yourself! Give yourself the gift of mindfulness and learn to live more fully in each moment. Mindfulness quiets and calms the mind, helps restore and maintain a sense of personal balance, and develops skills to avoid emotional, physical depletion, and stress reduction.
