Sex Assault Suspect Description

A person of interest composite sketch from the sexual assault case reported on March 30 on the Coal Creek trail has been done.  

On March 30, 2018 between 1900-2100 hours, an alleged sexual assault occurred on the Coal Creek trail underneath the US. Hwy 287 overpass.  The juvenile victim described the suspect as follows:

 Suspect is a white male, 5’11”-6’00” tall with a “beer belly,” chubby, in his 20’s with red or dirty blond short hair.  The suspect had a scruffy short beard growing on both his face and neck. Unsure if suspect had a mustache.  The suspect was last seen wearing a blue long sleeve shirt, black “shiny” tennis shoes with a zigzag pattern on the sole.  The suspect’s eyes were thought to be blue or bluish- green, with very “teeny, tiny” pupils and possibly wearing contact lenses due to lens edge rings appearing visible.    The suspect was also described as having bad breath, body odor and dirty untrimmed fingernails
