Put Your Heart Into Open Space
March 20, 2018  10AM

Get your blood pumping and your brain engaged with a brisk walk through the Outdoor Classroom and Rothman Open Spaces. This event, led by naturalist, Martin Ogle, and the
Rec Center’s Liz Negrey will offer moderate exercise (and tips about exercise) as well as fascinating stories about our local natural and human history. Come to better know your place in a healthy and fun way with fellow walkers!

This 4 mile walk begins at the Lafayette Rec Center. We’ll meet in the lobby and then proceed to the outdoor classroom amphitheater for a warmup. We’ll then walk at a moderate pace with just a few stops for stories about the area and refreshment (bring water and a snack). Space is limited and reservations are required. Contact Martin Ogle at Martin@EntrepreneurialEarth.com for questions or to register.
