Q: How often do I remit sales and use taxes?

A: Your filing status determines when you will report and remit taxes. If more than $40.00 in sales tax is to be remitted each month, you must file a return on a monthly basis. If less than $40.00 in sales tax will be remitted each month, you may elect to file on a quarterly basis. The reporting forms will be mailed to you at the time appropriate to your filing status.
