Q: How do I schedule a building inspection?A: Call 303-665-5588, ext. 3335. This is a 24 hour voicemail system. Call the day before or by 7:00 AM the morning you want an inspection. Please leave the following information in your message: - Building Permit Number - Day and date of inspection - Project address - Type of inspection (i.e. drywall, electrical, etc.) - Contact telephone number

Q: I called for an building inspection. What time will the inspector come?A: All inspections (except for electric) are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Electrical inspections are performed only after 3:00 PM. Since we cannot accurately predict how long each inspection will take, we cannot make specific appointments. You can request a morning or afternoon inspection and every effort will be made to honor your request.
