APPLICATION FOR ART NIGHT OUT ARTIST BOOTH

Only original artwork, jewelry, sculpture, or other media may be sold at Art Night Out.

The booth fee is $25 per Art Night Out.   Vendors are responsible for their own sales tax licenses.

Artists will provide their own booths, tables, chairs, and any other equipment. Booths must be set up by 3:45 p.m. and must be removed between 9:00 p.m. and 10: p.m

No more than 10 booths will be accepted for each Art Night Out.                                                               

Artists will be notified of their acceptance within 10 days of receipt of application.                                                                                                                                                    
Half of total booth fees fees must be paid with in 10 days of notification of acceptance.  Remainder of booth fees are due day of event.

Booth locations will be assigned by the Lafayette Cultural Resources Department.       

Deposits and booth fees are non-refundable unless Art Night Out is cancelled by the City of Lafayette.
