Habitat for Humanity’s Community Preservation and Restoration Housing Rehabilitation Program

Flatiron Habitat for Humanity
Flatirons Habitat for Humanity’s Community Preservation and Restoration (CPR) Housing Rehabilitation Program was created to provide the means for homeowners with low or moderate incomes to improve their homes to standards of safety and code compliance.

Repairs for older homes are left behind especially in this tough economy. The CPR program is designed to repair existing homes to improve safety, health and accessibility. Flatirons Habitat for Humanity will repair roofing, heating, plumbing, electrical, and repair or upgrade existing structures. CPR focuses on improving a home's energy efficiency, which could mean lower bills.

The program comes in the form of a 10-year forgivable loan with a maximum loan amount of $20,000. Ten percent (10%) of the loan amount is forgiven each year.

Find out if you qualify for the program and learn how to get started by contacting
