Sidewalk Signs
Sidewalk Signs The Lafayette City Council recently adopted a code amendment regarding sidewalk signs in the Old Town Business District. See Ordinance 38, Series 2005 for the complete regulation.
Businesses along Public Road and Simpson Street are allowed one (1) sidewalk sign which may be located in the abutting street right-of-way. Businesses not located within the approved area are prohibited from having sidewalk signs.
