Participants must recognize that all classes of a physical nature involve some risk and by participating in a class of this nature there is an assumption of risk by the participant. Prior to starting any type of fitness program, it is best to check with your doctor. You need to know your own limitations for your own safety and protection when entering a fitness program.

Our classes are designed to meet the needs of persons at different levels of fitness. Please read carefully the description of class levels before you attend a fitness class.

If you have questions or need help selecting a class, call Karen Snortland at 303-665-0469.
