Lunges

Not getting enough out of your workout?  Tired of your old workout routine?  Need ideas or assistance to get started in a fitness routine?  Then a personal trainer may be the answer for you.

Teresa Anderson

I design individual nutrition/workout programs based on your specific needs.  I believe in using equipment appropriate for your level.  I also vary exercises to keep you focused and challenged while improving funcational, everday movements.  Click here for more information.

Liz Negrey
I specialize in making a difference in your workouts and your life by utilizing a wide variety of exercises and equipment and focusing on proper posture, technique and body mechanics.  We will maximize your workout and focus on core strength as well.  Click here for more information.

Jack Wagner
I teach the movement of the exercise.  With correct repetition and increased demand the muscle will adapt.  Each movement must have a purpose and function; and, whatever system I use, it must make sense to my client. Click here for more information.
