Yoga

Teen Yoga - Ages 10-18 years

Have FUN improving your health and all-around development.  Yoga helps to release stress so that you can feel confident and shine with good health.  Enjoy improved muscle tone, strength and flexibility; increased balance, confidence and energy; and enhanced coordination and endurance.  Yoga also sharpens your mind - you will see the results of better concentration and faster learning.  All levels welcome.

Playtime Yoga - Ages 2 1/2-5 years

Yoga is FUN for preschoolers.  Join us for this unique yoga class that emphasizes movement, body awareness and relaxation.  Yoga mats are available.  kids need to be in comfortable clothing, no shoes or socks during class.

Yoga Classes

Emphasis of the class will be on fitness, muscles, strenghtening and toning, flexibility, enjoyment of body movement and deep relaxation.

Prenatal Yoga

This drop-in class is designed to help expectant mothers stay in shape with a moderate flow workout focusing on postures and breathing techniques to prepare them for labor and delivery while creating a community with other expectant mothers.

Expand your yoga practice with this interactive class that incorporates your new baby, while focusing on the special needs of new mothers.
