The Colorado Housing & Finance Authority (CHFA) offers a variety of business assistance programs and opportunities including commercial loans to locally-owned businesses in Colorado. Select Business Finance for a list and brief description of various financing and loan programs and the program rate. Among the listed programs are the ACCESS Program, Renew Colorado, and the Quality Investment Capital (QIC) program. CHFA is not a state agency.
