Lap Swimmer

Masters Swimming is a great way to swim in an adult only program.  If you're looking to get a great workout, meet new swimmers or compete in some local, regional or national meets, join our group.  Structured workouts will be provided by the coaches.  You will workout at your level and ability in a program where every swimming ability is welcome.  If you can't make practice and still want a workout, stop by the gaurd office for a copy of the morning workout.

Sessions are 16 weeks long and include 48 practices.  Parcitipants can elect to attend full-time (48 practices), part-time (24 practices) or at a drop-in rate.  Program fee does not include admission into the facility.
