Join us on a 8 week community challenge to lose weight and form healthy fitness habits!
The male and female who lose the biggest percentage of body weight will each win a FREE ANNUAL PASS to the Bob Burger Recreation Center. 20 Visit Punchcards will also be awarded to random participants who complete the program.
Exercise along with proper diet and nutrition is the key to weight loss

NEW THIS YEAR!! Choose from 2 participation packages
- Nutrition Only: Includes all the "basic features" PLUS 8 weekly workshops held every Wednesday evening (6:30-7:30pm). Weigh in, attend the workshop, consult with a registered dietician.
- Fitness/Nutrition: Includes all the "basic features", all the "Nutrition Package" features PLUS Tues/Thurs morning bootcamps (6-7:15am) with a personal trainer and other Winter Meltdown participants. Burn 400-500 calories per class
You must attend ONE of the following weigh-in's Sat, 1/9; 9-11am Tues, 1/12; 6-7am Wed, 1/13; 5:30-6:30pm Thurs, 1/14; 6-7am
"Basic Features" include
- A Fitness/Nutrition Journal to track your goals, daily nutrition intake and exercise output and progress
- A Weekly e-Newsletter full of tips, exercises, recipes, informative articles, prizes and more!
- Buddy Workouts - sign up to workout with another Winter Meltdown participant to help keep you on track
