The Bob L. Burger Recreation Center has three multi-use rooms available for rent. The Greenlee and Rothman rooms can be combined to accomodate 50 people. Room rentals will require a $25.00 damage deposit when reservation is made. Damage deposit will be returned or destroyed next business day or Monday for weekend rentals if room is left clean.
Rooms for Rent
Greenlee Room has access to the kitchen. Maximum capacity is 25 people.
Rothman Room has a large screen available for use. Maximum capacity is 25 people.
Nyland Room maximum capacity is 25 people.
Kitchen Facilities
The multi-use room has a residential style kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, sinks, and microwave. If you are requesting the use of the kitchen for your rental, you must rent the side of the room with kitchen access.
Rental Fees
Resident one-half room without kitchen. . . . .$20 per hour
Non-resident one-half room without kitchen. . . . .$30 per hour
Resident full room without kitchen. . . . . .$40 per hour
Non-resident full room without kitchen. . . . .$50 per hour
Use of kitchen. . . . .$10 per hour
(Rental fee includes space only and the use of tables and chairs. It does not include staff assistance for set-up or clean-up)
Room Availability
The room may be rented by calling 303-665-0469. When making your reservation please remember to include set-up and clean-up time. You will be charged for the entire time you're in the room, including set up and clean up.
