TRAINING PHILOSOPHY:
My goal is to help my clients create healthy, balanced lifestyles through cardiovascular exercise, strength and flexibility training, and good nutrition.  I feel it is important to create a program that meets an individual’s needs and way of life – and it should be fun too!

SPECIALTIES:
My clientele include both women and men.  I have also worked with teens and senior populations.  My program incorporates flexibility, balance and stability training with a special emphasis on core strengthening.  I also enjoy creating at-home workout programs that can be done in your living room.  Whether the goal is to lose weight, create a customized exercise program, train for a triathlon, or simply re-shape and tone your body, I enjoy sharing an approach to health and fitness that really works!
