ISSA Certified Personal Trainer

 

FITNESS BACKGROUND:

I have 23 years experience in the physical fitness industry and have been a personal trainer for over eight years.  In addition to attending college on an athletic scholarship in track and field events with concentrated training in free-weight power lifting, I was a member of state championship high school basketball and soccer teams.  I still love to play recreational basketball!

 

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY: 

I design individual nutrition/workout programs based on your specific needs.  I believe in using equipment appropriate for your level.  I also vary exercises to keep you focused and challenged while improving functional, everyday movements.

 

SPECIALTIES: I offer a computerized body composition analysis using the Bioanalogics HMS System.  This allows me to customize exercise programs and dietary analysis and plans based on your specific calorie needs.  I make it so there are no more guessing games when you’re trying to reach a specific goal!
