This 14-acre community park boasts indoor and outdoor amenities such as four youth baseball fields, a concession stand, an in-line hockey rink, soccer/playing fields, a large Recreation Center with an indoor swimming pool great for kids, a weight room, racquetball courts, volleyball courts, and basketball courts, picnic tables, a shelter, a skate park, restrooms  and drinking fountain (open April 15 thru October 15), meeting space, and parking. There is easy access to the City of Lafayette's 8-acre Outdoor Classroom, Rothman Open Space where dogs are allowed on leash. It is handicapped accessible.

Directions: Lafayette City Park is located at 450 North 111th Street and hosts the Bob L. Burger Recreation Center. It is at the intersection of Baseline Road and Public Road with additional access from North 111th Street.  Click here for map (please ignore incorrect name of park on map).
