      Festival Plaza, 311 S. Public Rd.,A Reservation Permit is required to hold a public event or activity at the Festival Plaza. Obtain a copy of the Rules and Regulations.
      Starkey Building, 309 S. Public Rd.,A Reservation Permit is required to hold an event or meeting in the Starkey Building. The building capacity is 40 people. (Starkey Building reservations are handled through the Community Development Department at City Hall. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Questions, please call 303-665-5588 ext. 3337.
