The Boulder County Clerk encourages those who are comfortable voting by mail to become permanent mail-in ballot voters. You are a perfect candidate to become a permanent mail-in ballot voter if you:

o Plan to live at the same address over the next few years
o Enjoy voting from home
o Prefer having time to review your ballot before Election Day
o Want to help reduce Boulder County’s election expenses

Voters can become permanent mail-in ballot voters by completing a mail-in ballot application. You may request a mail-in ballot for the current year election or request to be placed on a permanent mail-in ballot list. In the case of the permanent list, a ballot will be mailed to you for every election for which you are qualified. Your name will remain on this list until you either request that it be removed or your mail ballot is returned to the Clerk’s office as undeliverable.
