FITNESS BACKGROUND: 
One year of experience working in a private personal training studio.  I am an avid runner and road race enthusiast having run ½ marathons and successfully completed the San Diego and Marine Corp Marathons.

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY: 
My goal is to motivate, inspire and educate others about the benefits of exercising and living a healthy lifestyle.  With patience anyone can achieve their realistic goals including high self esteem, confidence, and a healthy body image.

SPECIALTIES: 
I specialize in high energy and high intensity workouts using free weights, machines and cardio equipment to help you reach your goals.
