Art on the Street

The Public Art Commission has created a rotating, outdoor, sculpture program in Old Town Lafayette.  All 8 pieces were installed downtown and wereon display from May 2009 through May 2010.

If you are interested in donating to this program or buying one of the sculptures, please email us.  All funds raised go to cover the cost of the artworks' permanent pedestals.  The artwork that is place on these pedestals will be changed out yearly.

People's Choice Award for 2009

The 2009 voting is closed for the Jean Mellblom People's Choice award. Lucas Loeffler's sculpture, "Sky Dance" was the winner of the 2009 award.  Congratulations Lucas!
