FITNESS BACKGROUND:
I have over 17 years of experience as a Group Exercise Instructor (step aerobics, pre/post natal aerobics, sculpt & tone, hi/low aerobics, cardio kickboxing) and over 10 years experience weight training.  Experienced working with a diverse population of people including older adults and pregnant women. 

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY:
Fitness training is a time to nourish our bodies and minds with physical activity while we build strength, balance, body control and overall fitness.  My goal is to help you reach your goal-whatever that might be; together we will develop an individualized program that includes physical training, nutritional education and lifestyle modification to help you achieve dynamic, long-lasting health.

SPECIALTIES:
I specialize in making a difference in your workouts and your life by utilizing a wide variety of exercises and equipment and focusing on proper posture, technique and body mechanics.  We will maximize your workout and focus on core strength as well.  My focus is to increase your fitness level and your functional strength (while having fun!) so that everyday activities are easier and more enjoyable or so that you can excel in your chosen sport.
