Today's Tip:

When should you stretch?

It is recommended that you stretch after your workout is complete.  Stretching to warm-up before your exercise program does not prepare your muscles well for your workout and may cause an increased risk of injury.  Plan to stretch at the conclusion of your workout.  Your muscles will thank you.
