All local artists 18 and over are invited to enter this juried exhibit. Our goal is to acknowledge the wide array of artistic talent in our area. See entry categories on the registration form.

Entry form must be postmarked or delivered by 5 p.m. Monday, Oct.24, 2011.
Delivery of art
Thursday, October 27, 2011, 3 to 7pm
Lafayette Library, Lower level, 775 W. Baseline Road, Lafayette, CO
Artists will be notified by noon, Saturday, Oct. 29 of pieces NOT accepted. Those pieces must be picked up by 4:00 pm on that date, or at the awards presentation.

The City of Lafayette cannot be responsible for work left after the show. Please make arrangements to have your work picked up on time
Show Information
Pieces are delivered to the Lafayette Library. Please do not send slides or mail pieces. Shipped pieces will not be accepted.
• Entry Fee – Non refundable
$10.00 per entry — Make checks payable to the City of Lafayette. To showcase the widest variety of artists, each artist may enter only two (2) pieces.
• Liability
While we take the greatest care, the City is not liable for any damage or loss of submitted artwork.
• Size and Hanging Requirements
Two-dimensional pieces — Minimum framed size is 8”x10”. Maximum size is 36” x 36”. 2D Pieces must be framed and wired for hanging. No saw-tooth hangers accepted. Fabric entries must have a rod and wire attached to accommodate the Library’s hanging system.
Three-dimensional Pieces — Pieces may be displayed in glass display cases in the lobby of the Library depending on size. Nonfragile pieces may be displayed outside of display cases at the discretion of city staff.
• Publicity
The City of Lafayette reserves the right to use photographs of art and artists for publicity purposes.
• Sales, if desired
Each artist is responsible for his/her own sales.Artist’s contact phone/email will be displayed on the gallery tag if entry form designates art is for sale.
