Extensions or Continuances
To request a different court date than the one given to you on your ticket you must appear in person before your original court appearance to reschedule.
To request more time to complete classes or community service, or additional time to pay fines or restitution, you must appear in person before your due date.
If the court feels you have had adequate time to pay or comply with the courts order you may be required to appear before the Municipal Judge.
Defendants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian appear with you.
