You will notice that a fine does not appear on your ticket. Fines for Traffic violations are determined based upon your driving record in the past two (2)years. 

            If  you where going 25 miles over the speed limit, involved in and accident, stopped for a speed contest, eluding a police officer or have had more than two (2) tickets in the past two (2) years you can expect to have a mandatory court appearance.  If you do not have any of these violations you have the option for a plea bargain and should call the court to find out your fine and point reduction.

            All municipal ordinances require a mandatory court appearance, with the exception of animal and parking violations.  Your fine is based on your criminal history and is determined by the Municipal Judge.
