After calling the court to find out if you can pay by mail, you are instructed to sign the back of the yellow ticket you received.  Please sign on the line indicating defendant’s signature, located in a box marked as plea of guilty and waiver.  Mail the ticket along with your check or money order, made out to the City of Lafayette and mail to the court before your court date.
