Should you receive a no proof of insurance violation, and can provide evidence of insurance, proof of insurance, or a letter from your insurance company, this violation will be dismissed. 

     You are required to provide proof in person at the court office.  If the insurance is accepted you will be charged a $40.00 processing fee.

     We do not except any kind of bill or statements as proof of insurance, as this does not prove that you had insurance on the day of violation.
