Sketch Plan / Sketch Planned Unit Development (PUD)
Sketch plans allow a review of the concept and the appropriateness of the proposed development in order to identify major problems which must be resolved and to assess the overall feasibility of the request. A sketch plan requires a public hearing before the Planning Commission.
