Preliminary Plan / Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD)
Preliminary plans provide the necessary information to allow staff and the Planning Commission to review a more detailed design and to resolve planning or engineering problems that may hae been raised at the sketch plan phase. Preliminary plans require a public hearing before the Planning Commission.
