Final Plan / Final Planned Unit Development (PUD)
Final plans provide the legal documents that will be a part of the city and county records. The final plan typically includes a final plat and a development agreement, along with all other final documents and agreements between the owner or developer and the City. Final plans require a public hearing before the City Council.
