Lafayette Cemetery

The City of Lafayette has two cemeteries. The oldest cemetery dates back to the late 1800's and is located at 111 Baseline Road.  The cemetery is no longer selling lots.

The Coal Creek Cemetery is located at 1751 Hwy 42, (Empire Road) Lousiville, CO 80027. This cemetery has ground, masoleum crypts and niches. If you are interested in purchasing burial rights in this cemetery please contact the City Clerk's office at 303-665-5588 ext. 3340.

The Clerk's office maintains ownership and burial records for both cemeteries. The Clerk's office is also the contact for ordering an opening of a grave.  Please call 303-665-5588 ext. 3340 for further information on either cemetery.
