Methods of Payment

Automatic Payment

You can elect to start automatic payment, which deducts the amount of your bill from your checking account each month. See the page on Automatic Bill Payments for more detail or to apply.

By Mail

If you are paying by mail you can remit a check or money order with the payment coupon you received.

In Person

Payments can be made in person at the Finance Department office in City Hall. At the counter you may pay with check, cash, money order, visa or mastercard.

By telephone

We currently do not offer the option of paying your bill over the telephone.

Adjustments

If you have experienced a large water bill due to a leaky pipe, you may be able to get an adjustment. Contact the Finance Dept for more information regarding this topic.
