Liquor License
All retail outlets, restaurants, hotels, taverns, and clubs must be licensed under the State Liquor Code. The City Council acts as Lafayette's Local Licensing Authority and the City Clerk processes all requests. A packet of information and forms for anyone considering applying for a liquor license in Lafayette is available here. Please call the City Clerk to schedule a time to go over the application process.
Take a look at the application packet, and call the City Clerk (303-665-5588, x3313) for an appointment if you are considering a liquor license.
