Two ways to Register

Mail-In:
Mail-ins will be processed in the order received.
Print the registration form and mail it to: Lafayette Senior Services, 103 S. Iowa Avenue, Lafayette, CO  80026 

Walk-In:
(first come, first served) Stop in any time Senior Services is open Monday-Thursday 8:30 am-5:00 pm & Friday 8:30 am-4:00 pm. to sign up for a program.

Waiting Lists: Waiting lists are created for activities that fill. Please, don't hesitate to get on a waiting list since this is how we determine if we open the activity to more individuals. If your name is not on the waiting list, we will have no way of knowing that you are interested in that program or trip.

Refunds and Cancellations:

1. All refunds, except cancellation by staff, are subject to a 25% service charge or $1.00 minimum charge, which ever is greater.
2. Any activity that cancels due to lack of registration will be fully refunded.
3. Refunds not available for activities that have pre-purchased tickets. (Exception: If that space is filled by another paying individual) *still subject to 25% service charge.
4. No shows and cancellations the day of the trip or program for any activity will not receive refunds. (For emergency exceptions, please see Renee Fabini.)
