Community Resources For Older Adults & Caregivers

Lafayette Senior Services Resource Specialist, Lorna Beard, is available to meet with you in person, by phone or your home. She provides information, consulation, assessment and referral for a variety of resources.

If you would like to speak with the Resource Specialist, just walk-in and discuss your needs.  If you need further assistance, afuture appointment will be set.

Carry out Caravan
Free Grocery Delivery Service for Homebound Seniors.  Grocery shopping and deliveries are done by Care Connect volunteers. If you are homebound and need someone to shop and deliver your groceries, or if you need occasional assistance when the Senior Shopping Van isn't operating, this is the service for you.  For orders or more information, please call 303-665-4512 or click here
