RTD access-a-Ride Transportation
Interested in more options for transportation? Please, consider access-a-Ride. Access-a-Ride is door-to-door transportation for persons who do not drive and have difficulties getting to the bus stop to catch the regular bus. Please call 303-292-6560 or visit the RTD website for all ride information and scheduling details. Note: First time riders:  Access-a-Ride will take you to complete an evaluation and get your qualifying registration into their system.

Don't Drive. Come shop with us!
The Senior Services van goes to King Soopers and Walmart the second Thursday of the month. Our volunteer driver will pick you up and help you with your shopping and get you safely back home. Please call 303-665-9052 to sign up.
Suggested donation: $.50

Special Transit
Special Transit, provides door-through-door rides for shopping, medical appointments, to Senior Services, Recreation Center or other personal needs Monday through Friday. Reservations are accepted up to 14 days in advance.

Please call 303-447-9636 to schedule or cancel your rides. Rides to Boulder, Longmont, Louisville and Flatirons Crossing are also available.

FEES:
$2.00/one way within Lafayette and to Louisville
$4.00/one way to other communities
Rides are available from 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Reduced fees are available!!!

(all vehicles are wheelchair accessible)

Medical Mobility/Care Connect

Transportation services for ambulatory older adults and people with disabilities in Boulder County to medical appointments including: dental, chiropractor, psychologist, and the pharmacy.  Volunteers use their personal cars to pick you up at your home and can remain at the appointment to take you home.  A suggested donation of $2-$4 each way, depending on the area of service.  Reduced fares are available.  Please allow three business days to schedule in advance.  To make a request, call 303-443-1933 ext. 407 or online at http://www.careconnectbc.org/

CareConnect - Carry-Out-Caravan

CareConnect volunteers shop at Safeway and deliver groceries to homebound seniors and adults with disabilities.  The delivery service is free of charge and Colorado Quest Card (food stamps) is accepted.
