Festival Plaza
The Festival Plaza is a gathering place in Old Town Lafayette on Public Road and Chester Streets.  The Plaza is comprised of a series of four smaller interconnected plazas each designed with features to promote various events. 

Starting Memorial Day the fountains will be on from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily until Labor Day.   Note that the fountains may be turned off during scheduled events.

Lafayette Farmer’s Market
The Farmer’s Market has returned to Festival Plaza and will be open 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. each Thursday through October 14.  This year, in addition to Colorado fruits and veggies, bread, honey and cheese, the Farmer’s Market has also added a community business booth for local businesses to show off their wares.  The intent is for a different local business to occupy the booth each week.

Vendors at the Farmer’s Market accept market bucks and food stamps.

Art Night Out
Don't miss Art Night Out on Friday, September 17 from 6:00 - 9:30 p.m. along Public Road.  The band playing at Festival Plaza will be The Fever.  The free event, which is held monthly through September, features live music, beautiful art and special pricing at area restaurants and shops.  Sponsored by the Lafayette Cultural Arts Commission.

Celebrate Lafayette
Don't miss Celebrate Lafayette on Saturday, September 25 from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. along Public Road in Old Town.  Celebrate Lafayette has been an annual community celebration since 1956.  This year's theme is Celebrate Family and will feature:

• Free Pancake Breakfast at the VFW from 7:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m.
• Parade - starts at 10:00 a.m. along Public Road from Waneka Parkway to Cannon
• Street Fair - starts at 10:00 a.m. with food/craft vendors
• Entertainment - Deja Blu play from 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.
• Free Face Painting from 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. 

Reserving the Plaza
A Reservation Permit is required to hold an event at the Festival Plaza.  Obtain a copy of the Rules and Regulations.
