  1. Intro to Cycling Class

    December 10, 2016, 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM @ Bob L. Burger Recreation Center

    The introduction to cycling class will begin with teaching participants proper bike setup, mechanics and safety. The group will be led through a fun, motivating ride which will include a warm-up and cool-down, set to a great mix of music. Throughout the ride, participants will learn indoor cycling terminology and how to best suit the workout to their ability level and preference. Great for all ages and fitness levels!

  2. Winter "Chill-Out" Camp - Ages 5-11

    December 19, 2016, 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM @ Bob L. Burger Recreation Center

    Designed to keep kids engaged and having fun while on fall break. Participants will have the opportunity to explore arts and crafts, games, swimming and other adventures. Kids will need to bring a non-perishable lunch, morning/afternoon snacks and a drink.

  3. Discover Scuba Experience

    Flatirons Scuba will provide all necessary equipment and instruction in order for you to discover the exciting underwater experience of scuba diving. In order to participate, you must be at least 10 years old.

  4. Lifeguard Training

    December 27, 2016, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM @ Bob L. Burger Recreation Center

    The American Red Cross Lifeguard class includes CPR/AED for the professional rescuer, all you need to become a certified Lifeguard! You must attend every class to receive an American Red Cross Certification. Must be 15 years of age by the end of class.

  5. Progressive Basketball Academy Youth Basketball Camp

    December 28, 2016, 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM @ Bob L. Burger Recreation Center

    These camps are designed to introduce and build upon the skill sets used in today's game. We focus on each individual and teach to his/her ability. We provide a fun and energy-filled environment where each player can learn, grow and develop a passion for the game. Camps are lead by Mike Moskowitz, former collegiate coach. All coaches have professional, college or high school experience. This session will cover winter skill prep and is geared towards grades 3-8.
