  1. Cesar Chavez March, Rally & Carnival

    April 5, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ LaMont Does Park

    Join hundreds of community members as they pay tribute to the life and legacy of Cesar Chavez during the 9th annual "Seeds of Justice" march and rally on Friday, April 5.Planned by the Lafayette Youth Advisory Committee, Latino Advisory Board, and the University of Colorado's Public Achievement program, the event will commence with a community march at 4:00 p.m. from Pioneer Elementary (101 E. Baseline Road) to LaMont Does Park (500 E. South Boulder Road), where a rally and carnival will be underway.The event will conclude at approximately 7:00 p.m.For more information, contact Karen at karens@cityoflafayette.com or Elaina at verveer@colorado.edu.

    REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS APRIL 5, 2013.Program starts April 8 or 9, 2013.Pee Wee soccer is open to boys and girls ages 4-5 years who are looking for a non-competitive activity (age determined as of April 30).The program will stress the instrcution of soccer fundamentals with the emphasis on FUN and participation.Check the attachment below for more information.
