    Community Book Group discussion with author Kristen Iversen, author of national best seller Full Body Burden. Ms. Iversen will participate, take questions, and discuss her writing via Skype. Participants are asked to read the book but it is not required for attendance. Open to Adults and Teens. Registration required.

    Drop-in crafts for kids preschool through 5th grade. Must be accompanied by an adult, while supplies last.

  2. Paws to Read

    June 27, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM @ Lafayette Public Library

    Paws-to-Read offers children an opportunity to read to a dog in a fun and relaxed environment.The patient, nonjudgmental attention these dogs offer helps readers gain confidence and improve their reading skills. Children that are entering kindergarten and older are welcome.Sessions are 15 minutes long and readers may bring books from home or choose one at the library. Registration is required. Register in person at the Children's desk or call 303-665-5200 (ext.1161).

    Pickleball is best described as a hybrid of tennis and ping pong and is a low impact game. Your SilverSneaker pass will work for payment or if you prefer use your Recreation Center Pass or pay a drop in fee at the front desk.
