Thomas Open Space

Cooperation between the city and local agriculture makes Thomas Open Space a unique parcel.

Thomas Open Space provides preservation of Lafayette’s agricultural heritage and sustainable farming education.

The land is under agricultural lease and has been USDA Organic certified.

A barn slated to open for the 2012 farm stand season will provide a permanent facility for the tenant to utilize for their farm stand which is open to the public.
